In Consumer Law yesterday, the professor gave a bait-and-switch example, wherein a consumer is lured in to purchase really cheap Levi's 501 jeans, none of which are available in any reasonable size, but is directed to the (hypothetically) far more expensive 503s instead.
My buddy next to me leans over and whispers, "If they weren't 503 jeans, but 501(c)(3) jeans, they'd be non-profit!"
