How incredibly unfair is this? If you're a giant fraudulent plagiarizing art-stealing copyright thief and fake Native American, so long as you can fool someone into hiring you, you can force them to buy you off under the threat of (bullshit) lawsuits. And live happily (and wealthily) ever after, at the expense of the taxpayers. Nice.

OTOH, CU deserves it for being so gosh darn stupid. Too bad for the taxpayers of Colorado, though.
